Colonial Gate 4D Cinema, the Caribbean’s first in 4D

Santo Domingo .-The Colonial Gate 4D Cinema, the Caribbean’s first 4D cinema is the new tourist, cultural and artistic attraction oin Santo Domingo’s Colonial City, and aims to showcase local entertainment for tourists and residents, said Dominican Republic Hotels and Tourism Association (ASONAHORES) vice president Arturo Villanueva.

Villanueva said the innovative project will cost RD$100 million, “and comes at the right time with the Colonial City’s final remodeling phase and will turn the area into one of the biggest Dominican tourism attractions.”

Colonial Gate is also the first Dominican movie theater with multi-sector experience, and will host the debut of the animated film ‘The Battle for Santo Domingo’, especially produced for the project.
