Most fuels post increases, natural gas unchanged

Santo Domingo.- The of Industry and Commerce Ministry posted fuel prices for the week from April 18 to 24, when premium gasoline will cost RD$218.70, or RD$3.00 more and regular will cost RD$194.60 per gallon, or RD$3.20 more.

Premium diesel will cost RD$166.90, an increase of RD$2.20; regular diesel will cost RD$159.40, or RD$2.70 higher; optimum diesel will cost RD$177.30, up by RD$2.50 and avtur will cost RD$110.20, or RD$2.20 more per gallon.

Kerosene will cost RD$141.20, or RD$2.70 more per gallon; fuel oil will cost RD$93.13, or RD$2.20 higher; propane gas will cost RD$87.50 per gallon, or RD$2.00 more, while natural gas will remain unchanged at RD$ 31.44 per cubic meter.

The Central Bank’s average posted exchange rate of RD$44.82 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
