Santo Domingo.– Serbia opened a consulate in Santo Domingo with a reception where Serbian ambassador Milena Lukovic Javonic spoke of the start of future fruitful activities leading to sustainable development of governmental, economic and scientific and technical relations between the two countries.

According to Ramon De la Rocha, the honorary consul who will run the office, an increase in demand for services led to the opening of the Serbian consulate in Santo Domingo.

Now, DR's can get their visas to visit Beograd/ Belgrade to see the Danube. And vice versa the Serbians can visit the beatiful beaches of the Caribbean, and the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean....
Whichever they prefer. I prefer the Caribbean beaches....I've never explored the Atlantic Ocean beaches, except for once when I visited Monte Cristi.

This is great for DR. The country needs to diversify exports.

I love Monte Cristi, and the small Island next to it, well, beach in Monte Cristi is with dark sand, and the one called Muro de Monte Cristi is with big rocks, strange for DR.
And small Island is about 15 minutes with the boat, beautiful.

Visa for Dominicans that wants to go to Republic of Serbia cost 25 Euros.
There are many Serbs living here in DR, and you can visit 011 bar in Sarasota.
