Santo Domingo.- The fourth Penn, Schoen & Berland survey reveals that 66% of the voters confide in the Central Electoral Board (JCE) to organize free elections, 23% think it will allow fraud and 11% say they don’t  know or didn’t respond.

The poll for the Media Group SIN also found that 52% of those surveyed have a favorable opinion of JCE president Roberto Rosario, against 20% unfavorable, and 28% didn’t know or didn’t respond.

A belief that things are going well

When asked if they thought that things in the country are far better, something better, something worse or much worse than when Hipólito Mejía was president, 56% said better against 43% who said worse.

My concern no matter what the result, will be the misdirected fanatics who do not agree with outcome will go ballistic and become violent. Trust does not buy security in this "free" election culture.
