Medina, Fernandez to be referees in electing the PLD candidate

Santo Domingo.– PLD candidate and Tourism minister Francisco Javier Garcia said Sunday that his colleagues Leonel Fernandez and Danilo Medina will play a referee role in the party internal process of choosing the PLD candidate for the 2016 presidential elections.

According to El Nuevo Diario, Garcia said that due to their leadership within the ranks of the party as well as in the country, both Fernandez and Medina will have to play a referee role to ensure party unity.
