President Danilo Medina visits Congress prior to speech

Santo Domingo.– Dominican President Danilo Medina last night visited the National Congress to personally verify that everything was in order, especially concerning his anticipated speech today February 27.

Senate president Cristina Lizardo appointed a commission headed by the Senate Vice President to lay a wreath at the National Altar to mark the 171 anniversary of Independence.
