Honduras president comes to see Dominican par’s successes

Santo Domingo.- The Foreign Ministry on Sunday announced thatHonduras president Juan Orlando Hernandez will arrive in the country Monday morning,for a work visit with Dominican counterpart Danilo Medina, to learn of the Dominicangovernment’s successes in low-cost housing, the bank for the poor and thelatter’s surprise visits.

It said Hernandez, accompanied by senior Honduran officials,has stated interest in social projects developed by Medina’s administration,especially La Nueva Barquita and Ciudad Juan Bosch housing projects.

The statement adds that the Honduran leader is alsointerested in the results of Medina’s surprise visits and Solidarity Bank, “motivatedby the good results and the impact they have purred in Dominican society for itsbenefit.”
