Secondly, the idea that only hard work, perseverance and talent should be rewarded, regardless of what everyone thinks.

Thirdly, to get a win - either from the most modest to the highest-, very individual and personal that it may seem, never can be achieved without a team that advises, coaches, corrects errors and shows the way forward. Nobody achieves anything alone, no matter how naturally gifted they think are or pretend to be.
