‘Fool is the policeman’ who tries to obstruct the press

Santiago.- National Police Cibao Region director José Acosta Castellano on Wed. ordered police officers not to interfere in the work of journalists or the media.

He said the press and any ordinary citizen has the power to record the actions of the police, and that’s why they should not feel offended.

“Fool is the policeman who tries to obstruct being filmed,” he said.

He said the armed authorities should try to do their job well and be aware of the work done by reporters.
