Santo Domingo.- The President of Spain, Pedro Sanchez, arrived in the Dominican Republic Tuesday amid downpours that disrupted the protocol to receive him at the National Palace.

The aircraft was to be received at the air terminal’s tarmac, but due to the rains was transferred to a gate.
