Icon developer meets upper-middle-class’ housing demand

Santo Domingo.- Jointly with the country’s housing deficit at all levels, the demand for luxury homes of over 185 square meters of construction in the cities also grows.

One of the main reasons is that people, in addition to comfort, seek access and other facilities that save time when commuting or seeking services.

With those needs in mind the icon developer Constructora Bisonó   builds six imposing condos of 14 floors with 168 apartments in the upscale Serrallés sector, to satisfy what upper middle class families demand.

This initiative is under a real estate trust to manage the funds and materialize the project, guaranteeing the buyers’ investment, promising delivery of the property on the agreed date.

Open House

Constructora Bisonó vice president Juan Antonio Bisonó will host an open house starting 9am Monday  at the towers located behind Ágora Mall, to provide details of the ambitious development.
