The country’s most prolific crooner dies at 68

Santo Domingo.- The country’s most prolific crooner, Anthony Ríos, died Mon. afternoon, local media report. He was 68.

The singer-songwriter had been hospitalized in a clinic during several days with serious health problems.

Merengue star Fernando Villalona confirmed the report on Rios’ death on Instagram.
