Dominican extradited to New Hampshire faces drug charges

Santo Domingo.- The National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD) and the Office of the Prosecutor on Fri. handed over Dominican national José Oriol Feliz Aybar to the US Marshalls, to face drug trafficking and conspiracy charges.

Feliz, 31, was escorted to a commercial flight at Las Americas International Airport.

The State of New Hampshire issued the arrest warrant against Feliz, on charges of conspiracy to possess and distribute controlled substances.

DNCD agents and prosecutors arrested the Dominican more than two months ago in a raid in Bani, southern Peravia province.
