Telecom Altice to fix glitch ‘quickly,’ will compensate

Santo Domingo.-  The telecom Altice Dominicana on Thursday reported progress to restore their mobile network service, which partially crashed early Wed.

Vice president for technology Rafael Pichardo, said various local and international technical personnel work to fix the widespread glitch of their mobile network quickly.

“All affected customers will receive the corresponding compensation,” Pichardo said in a statement.
