Medina, Microsoft LatAm chief talk Digital Republic

Santo Domingo.- President Danilo Medina on Tuesday met in the National Palace with Microsoft Latin American region president César Cernuda, who “reaffirmed Microsoft’s commitment and support for the Digital Republic,

In a statement the Presidency also stressed that the tech giant “has been allied with president Danilo Medina’s vision to reduce the digital divide and ensure that Dominicans are part of the new era and a more competitive country.”

It adds that Microsoft has been working since the Digital Republic’s beginnings through a MOU signed with the Presidency.
