Santo Domingo Metro riders show increasing civility

Santo Domingo.-  Santo Domingo Metro riders are increasingly adapting to a new mass transportation culture with behavior similar to that of citizens of other nations with a higher educational level than the Dominican Republic.

Honoring the saying that “Dominicans adapt to anything,” Metro straphangers respect the established rules and contribute to optimize the service.

Outlet Diario Libre cites as an example the organization that prevails at the entrance to the busy Concepción Bona station on Line 2-B, where as many as 2,000 riders often gather at peak hours.
