Customs announces deadline to register as an online dealer

Santo Domingo.- The Customs Directorate on Tues. said it spreads a broad campaign on the Single Customs Registry (RUA), as the deadline of six months established in Rule 01-2018 approaches, which will expire on July 28.

The RUA is the registration that must be made on the Customs platform by any person who buys online and uses the express or courier service.

It’s an online form, which must be completed with the general information of the user and some basic questions that define whether the service is used for personal or commercial purchases.

In the latter case, it opens options to choose the corresponding lines, as many as necessary.
