Santo Domingo.- European Union Ambassador Gianluca Grippa, on Tues. said the European Union’s intervention in the dialogue between Haiti and the Dominican Republic cannot be considered a “failure” because the EU has experiences in working alongside countries that have differences to turn that in their favor.
He said their intervention is an advantage that these countries should adopt, “because we know where the obstacles are and how to make the most of their resources.”
Grippa spoke after Haitian economist, Kesner Pharel, described as a failure that international organizations have to serve as mediators between the dialogue of the Dominican Republic and Haiti.
