National Hurricane Center issues storm warning for Dominican Republic

Santo Domingo.- The National Hurricane Center on Tues. included in its 11:00 am update tropical storm warnings for the Dominican Republic as Tropical Storm  Dorian approaches.

The effects of the tropical storm will begin to be felt in the Dominican Republic as of Wednesday night and is expected to make landfall land early Thursday.

Tropical storm conditions are expected throughout Thursday, for which Dominican authorities have begun disaster prevention preparations.

The National Hurricane Center notes that the Dominican Republic will feel the effects of a tropical storm and during Wednesday night and of a hurricane on Thursday.
