Santo Domingo.- Marisol Mercedes Franco, spouse of César Emilio Peralta (César el Abusador), who is a fugitive and alleged head of a national and international drug trafficking king, was arrested Tuesday night, after several hours of interrogation at her home, which was raided again by authorities.
Pretrial detention against Franco could be requested, according to the Attorney General’s Office, which reported her arrest on Tuesday.
It said Franco is being investigated and will be interrogated “regarding her relationship with the illegal activities for which her partner is being sought.”
