Santo Domingo.- Light to moderate showers are forecast by the National Meteorology Office (Onamet) for today Friday, mainly over the North, Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, Midwest and the Central Mountains, and increasing cloudiness from the humidity dragged by the northern wind.

It said temperatures will be lower than normal during the early morning and evening hours, while the scattered showers will continue Saturday, over the Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, Northeast and Central Mountains.

Onamet adds that temperatures nationwide will range from 20 to 30 degrees Celsius, while advisories continue for all coasts, where small craft should operate close to shore.
