Scattered showers, mild temps continue

Santo Domingo.- A low pressure system and the prevailing northeast wind will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms to the northeast, southeast and Central Mountains, the National Meteorology Office forecast Friday .

It said temperatures will continue seasonably mild during the next 24 to 48 hours, with widely scattered showers Friday afternoon, mostly for the northeast, southeast and Central Mountains.

Meteorology continues its advisory on higher than normal winds and waves along the Atlantic coast, were small craft should remain close to shore, with no restrictions for the Caribbean coast and Samaná Bay.
