Flash flood warnings in several provinces from downpours

Santo Domingo. – The National Meteorology Office (ONAMET) maintains the flash flood and mudslide warnings for Monseñor Noel, Sanchez Ramirez and La Vega provinces, as a low pressure system has unleashed downpours.

It also maintains the alert for the central and northeastern regions, especially the Low Yuna river basin.

Tuesday’s forecast includes heavy to moderate downpours with some thunderstorms.

For Wednesday morning Meteorology said the accumulated humidity and the East wind will bring rains to most of the country.
