Downpours till Saturday, warm temperatures

Santo Domingo. – The National Meteorology Office forecasts downpours with thunderstorms from two low pressure systems over Puerto Rico moving west, and the other in the country’s upper atmosphere.

It said the rains will be most frequent in the northeast, southeast, southwest, Central Mountains and border zone.

Meteorology added that the precipitation will continue during the next 72 hours and tailing off Sunday, with seasonably warm temperatures throughout.
