Mostly sunny Wednesday, showers Thursday

Santo Domingo.- A tropical wave now over the Lesser Antilles will bring showers and thunderstorms Thursday and Friday, mainly over the east, northeast, southwest Caribbean coast, the Cibao Valley and Central Mountains.

Today Wednesday the seasonably high temperatures will continue, but cooler at night as the wind shifts to the east-northeast.

There are higher than normal waves along the Atlantic and Caribbean coasts for which small craft are cautioned to remain near shore.
