Fernandez continues to cut ribbons on works nationwide

HIGUEY, Dominican Republic.- President Leonel Fernandez on Thursday continued to cut ribbons on public works nationwide, this time in eastern La Altagracia, La Romana, Hato Mayor and San Pedro provinces.

In Higuey Fernandez inaugurated two schools, and also attended the opening of the Museum at La Altagracia Basilica , which depicts the cathedral’s artistic and historical heritage.

He also cut ribbons for schools in San Pedro and Hato Mayor, built at a cost of RD$238 million; the bridge across the Nisibón river, and a RD$180 million housing project in La Romana of 108 units.
