Tropical Storm Ernesto to pass south of the country

Santo Domingo.- Tropical Storm Ernesto, located around 45 kilometers southeast of Santa Lucia, Lesser Antilles could strengthen during the next 48 hours, the National Hurricane Center said.

Ernesto is moving quickly westward around 39 KPH and whose maximum sustained winds have decreased to 75 kilometers. Ernesto entered the Eastern Caribbean Friday morning.
