Agents nab extraditable wanted in Puerto Rico

Santo Domingo.- The National Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) arrested a Dominican in Higuey wanted in the U.S. to stand trial in Puerto Rico District Court on several drug charges.

Juan Rafael Mota Cedeno, 34, was arrested in a downtown street corner of the La Altagracia provincial seat on a Supreme Court warrant issued June 20, 2012, said DNCD spokesman Roberto Lebron in a statement.

He said the extraditable faces charges of conspiracy to possess cocaine and heroin with intent to distribute in Puerto Rico.
