Santiago.- The Ramón Rodríguez school, which underwent a reconstruction process eight years ago, is used to raise cows due to the abandonment of work.
The educational center, which is located in the Los Paulino community of the Canca la Reina municipal district in the lower part of the Espaillat province, began construction in 2014.
