Executive Power issues decrees that provide for pension and retirement of public servants and former cane growers

The Executive Power issued decrees number 538-22 and 539-22 which provides the pension benefits of the Dominican State and retirement to public servants, former cane growers and affiliates of the former Dominican Institute of Social Security (IDSS).

Through Decree 538-22, the Executive grants the retirement benefit and assigns a pension from the Dominican State for seniority in service to 685 public servants. Also, the retirement benefit is granted and a pension is assigned to three public servants and the pensions assigned by the State to 14 public servants are raised.

While, through Decree 539-22, a pension from the Dominican State is granted for an amount of 10,000 pesos per month to 561 members of the former Dominican Institute of Social Security (IDSS), with more than 300, but with less than 400 validated contributions .

Similarly, the provision grants the benefit of a pension from the Dominican State to 84 for an amount of 10,000 pesos per month to former sugarcane workers covered by Law number 1896 on Social Security.
