Adoexpo: census statistics will be a valuable planning tool

The Dominican Association of Exporters (Adoexpo) considered it a valuable measurement and planning tool for that sector and the other productive apparatuses. The statistics will be shown by the tenth National Census of Population and Housing, which began yesterday and will last until the 23rd of this month. The president of Adoexpo, Elizabeth Mena, invited the membership of that business entity and the population in general to provide all the support necessary for the National Statistics Office (One) to successfully complete the process of gathering information, tabulating and emission of the data.

It is the main tool for the planning and implementation of official policies because it provides the necessary data to respond to the needs of the population, including the need for national and foreign public-private investments, job creation and human capital formation.

Mena indicated that Adoexpo will promote support for the census from the export sector, and urged the various areas of business to join.
