Fuente: Edesur

The electric company Edesur reported that it illuminated Enriquillo Avenue, known as the Barahona tourist boardwalk, to contribute to citizen security and beautify this strategic area of this important southern province. The company’s general administrator, Milton Morrison, said that these works were carried out in conjunction with the city’s mayor’s office, headed by Míctor Fernández, who had requested the lighting.

He explained that they plan to carry out other lighting projects in Barahona and continue working hand in hand with the mayor.

He explained that the lighting of the boardwalk was executed along the two lanes that make up Enriquillo Avenue, to raise the level of security of those who use the road and contribute to the development of community activities, and festivals, typical of this era.
