Scattered showers, high surf, mild temps continue

Santo Domingo.- The trough located over the western partof the country and the prevailing east wind will continue to cause scatteredshowers with some wind in all regions except the Northwest.

The National Weather Bureau also forecasts that the seasonablymild temperatures will continue.

It said the alert on higher than normal waves is still ineffect for all coasts, for which small craft should remain in port.

It adds that widely scattered showers can be expectedover Northeast, Southeast and Central Mountains during the next 24 hours.
