Trough brings scattered showers to the North, Northeast, Southeast

Santo Domingo.- The Meteorology Office (Onamet) forecastsincreasing showers over the North, Northeast and Southeast for Wednesday froman approaching trough, with few changes for the rest of the country.

It said the maritime alerts continue from the higher thannormal waves for all of Dominican Republic’s coasts, and urges small craft to operatenear shore.

Onamet adds that the seasonably mild temperatures will continue,and forecasts a slight increase in cloudiness with widely scattered showers forGreater Santo Domingo.
