The publication of the process, which bears the code CEIZTUR-CCC-PEOR-2022-0009, took place on December 23, 2022, on the platform of the General Directorate of Public Contracts and is in the phase of presenting offers for all those interested providers.

The opening for the reception of technical and economic offers is scheduled for January 19 of this year at 10:30 in the morning. According to the deadlines, the contract to renovate the historic building would be awarded in mid-February 2023.

The renovation of the Alcázar de Colón had been published on the Transactional Portal on October 28, but it was declared void.
