JCE signs contract to print new ID cards

Santo Domingo.– Central Electoral Board president Roberto Rosario and the president of Copy Solutions International (CSI), Jose M. Rodriguez, signed a contract to print the new personal identification card and voter registration card

The initiative was done after the JCE Plenary decided last 23 December on the two challenges made over the International Pubic Tender carried out for this purpose.

The contract was signed in the presence of the Public Notary Bienvenido Ruiz Lantigua, in the offices of the JCE president, who was accompanied by the Secretary General Hilario Espiñeira, the president of the Tender Commission Luis Ramon Cordero, and other officials.
