4% push for education resumes Tuesday

Santo Domingo.- The push for 4% of the country’s GDP for education will resume tomorrow with a rally in front of the National Palace, while the Coalition for a Dignified Education will host in mid January a day of planning for all actions it will conduct during 2012.

It’ll be the children’s turn staring 4pm Wednesday afternoon in front of the National Palace, where the Coalition will ask through painting workshops, a guarantee of education with the allocation of 4% of the GDP.

The Coalition members value the activity, which will mark Three Kings Day (Epiphany), as “a very timely occasion to make a reflection with the children themselves.”
