Moderate showers, high surf at all coasts

Santo Domingo. – The National Meteorology Office (ONAMET) forecasts moderate showers and winds early today, from a trough located over the country.

He said the rains will be more frequent over the Atlantic coast, northwest, Cibao Valley and Northeast, and increasing cloudiness for the Southeast and East for the evening and early night hours, with seasonably mild temperatures.

Meteorology issued small craft warnings for the Atlantic coast on higher than normal waves, and should remain in port, while those in Samaná Bay and the Caribbean should operate near shore.
