Scattered showers today and tomorrow

SANTO DOMINGO.- The National Meteorology Office (ONAMET) forecasts scattered showers often heavy with thunderstorms for Friday, as the result of a squall over the country’s northwest and the humidity from the southeast wind.

It said most zones can expect rains, except the northwest.

ONAMET forecasts partly cloudy skies for Saturday with some scattered showers and thunderstorms for the southeast, southwest, northeast and Central Mountains.

For Sunday mostly clear skies in the morning, increasing in the afternoon with scattered showers and thunderstorms.
