Tropical wave brings showers

Santo Domingo.- The National Meteorology Office (Onamet) forecasts winds, increasing cloudiness and scattered showers over the North, Northeast, Southeast, Central Mountains and border area, from the humidity dragged by the East-Northeast wind.

It said the showers are the result of a tropical wave located over Puerto Rico moving west.

Onamet said the seasonably high temperatures will continue through tomorrow, when the tropical wave increases cloudiness, with showers as of noon Thursday.
