President Medina to meet with William R. Brownfield

Santo Domingo.- President Danilo Medina will meet with US Assistant Secretary of State for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, William R. Brownfield, to discuss bilateral and regional cooperation on combating organized crime and illicit drugs.

According to press reports, Brownfield, who will arrive in the Dominican Republic on October 15, will also visit the Port of Haina to discuss port security.

The meeting is aimed at continuing the successful and effective relationship between the United States and the Dominican Republic.
