Canadian’s decomposed body found in the Colonial Zone

Santo Domingo.- The decomposed body of a Canadian was found Sunday afternoon in the apart-hotel where he lived since December on Mercedes corner Sánchez streets, in the capital’s Colonial Zone.

Locals reported finding the body of Luc Dussault, 55, from the strong odor that emanated from the second-floor room where he lived.

Prior to its transfer to the coroner, first responders covered the decomposed body with plastic bags after lowering it with a crane, attracting dozens of onlookers.
