Scattered showers for most of the country

Santo Domingo.- The National Weather Office (ONAMET) forecasts partly cloudy skies and scattered showers from two troughs east-southeast of Puerto Rico and from the prevailing east –northeast wind.

It said the precipitation will be mostly in the afternoon and early evening, especially over the Northeast, Southeast, northern Cibao Valley and the Central Mountains.

ONAMET said the prevailing East-Northeast wind will bring lower temperatures during in over night and early morning, and more showers to the same regions on Thursday.
