Air Century is gearing up to launch a dozen new direct and regular routes from Punta Cana International Airport in June. The airline plans to commence operations on June 1, 2023, operating up to 553 round-trip flights on Bombardier CRJ200 and Airbus A321 aircraft, with a capacity of 50 and 220 passengers, respectively.

Air Century’s new routes will include several countries, such as Cuba (Havana), Aruba (Oranjestad), Curacao (Willemstad), San Martin (Philipsburg), Colombia (Cartagena), Puerto Rico (San Juan), Venezuela (Maracaibo), Jamaica (Montego Bay), and the United States (New York).

The new operations are aimed at bolstering air connectivity in the Dominican Republic, while also providing more travel options for passengers to and from the country.
