Scattered showers continue, another tropical wave from the east

Santo Domingo.- Scattered showers and thunder storms will continue over the Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, Central Mountains and border area Thursday, while the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) maintains flooding and landslide alerts for Duarte, San Pedro, San Cristobal, Monte Plata and the Greater Santo Domingo.

The National Meteorology Office (Onamet) forecasts downpours with thunderstorms from a trough over the country still over the country and a tropical wave over Puerto Rico moving rapidly westward.
