Carlos Adames prepares to defend his world title

Carlos Adames connects with a right to one of his rivals.

The Dominican promises to step into the ring in the best physical and mental condition possible for his title fight against Julian Williams.

Dominican Carlos “Caballo Bronco” Adames has intensified his training en route to the defense of his World Boxing Council interim middleweight (160 lbs.) title, scheduled for the 24th of next month against American Julian “J Rock” Williams.

“There will be no oversight or surprise, I will step into the ring in the best physical and mental conditions possible,” said “Caballo Bronco” from the camp where he is developing his preparation in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.

The fight will be in the city of Las Vegas.

For the Dominican, it will be the first defense of the world belt he conquered in October last year after defeating Mexican Juan Macias Montiel by knockout.

“This is a tough test, I will overcome it, I am working for it,” insisted “Caballo Bronco” during a telephone conversation for HOY newspaper.

Adames, 29, has a record of 22-1, with 17 wins before the limit. On his side, Williams, 33, has a record of 28-3, with one draw and 16 knockouts. He is a former unified world champion.
