Puerto Rican kingpin case convict gets parole(Update)

Santo Domingo.- San Pedro province (east) penalty judge Altagracia Mejia granted parole for money laundering convict Sammy Dauhajre, in the drug trafikcing case of Puerto Rican kingpin José Figueroa Agosto.

Dauhajre, who’s serving a15-year sentence at the La Romana correctional facility, would be released for good behavior and for his alleged efforts to rejoin society and the social work he has carried out.

The Court ordered monthly visits by the parolee, a ban on traveling out of the country and on visiting places where alcoholic beverages are sold.
