Haiti “ridicules us internationally”: Cardinal

Santo Domingo.- Cardinal Nicolas de Jesus Lopez Rodriguez said if Haiti isn’t interested in Dominican Republic’s chicken then they should produce them, and we must find another market.

"I don’t like that we’ve been ridiculed internationally, they mock us, denounce us, invade us and here we are withstanding beatings," he said.

The also archbishop of Santo Domingo spoke during the launch of the new image of the Multilateral Cooperation Agency (DIGECOM), headed by first lady Candida Montilla de Medina.
