Scattered showers, small craft warning for north coast

Santo Domingo.- The northeast wind continues to dominates the weather, dragging cloudiness and scattered shower and thunderstorms to the north, northeast, southeast, the Central Mountains and the border area.

The National Meteorological Office also warns that the surf along the north, northeast and eastern coasts continues dangerous and significantly increases offshore.

It said small craft should remain in port until the waves from Tropical Storm Rafael are back to normal.
