Just like last year…

Santo Domingo.- The Internal Taxes Agency announced that the deadline to renew vehicle plates for 2012 expires at 6pm Friday, and reiterated that there’ll be no extensions.

In that regard the Metropolitan Transit Authority had warned motorists that starting 12 midnight November 11, all traffic cops will seize the vehicles on the streets without the renewal label.

And just like previous years, long lines of people waiting to pay the renewal tax formed in the government and bank offices that sell the stickers.
